How get Rem Hack to Function???

I testing now over several Hours to get thes Rem Hack to Function.

First i try to use this to Enable it in the Extras Menü ( i put the File bevore in the MODS section)
but nothing happens. The Mod appears not in the list.

Then i changed all Ship Files manually

I added " Remote=1"
but without any Effect
Still i can´t establish a Rem Connection to any Ship

Then the 3rd Attemp
I try to use the Developer Mode
and The Keybindings with it for the Remote Control.
Again nothing take effect

WHAT THE HELL GOING WRONG.

Hi Mocbo, how did u put the file in the mods folder, dont unzip it just put the zip file in the folder.

PS. by the way what does computer geek mean in german??
