Updates and Patches

Hello, I'm new to the forums and the game and I'm seeking a little info, so I can jump right in. Where are some good sites where I can find the latest patches/updates/whatever, hopefully this game isn't so modded out that I won't be able to find anyone online, I'm pretty excited about the game just a little late to jump on the wagon.
