How do you run IWar-1 on xp?

I know this has been asked before. I did a search but could not find enoughf info. Could someone please tell me in detail what to do in order to make IWar-1 on xp. The error comes up when i am loading the game.

P.S.

I know this is not a lot of detail, but my computer is a two year old Pentium 4 computer.

Have you tried looking on the Atari Community forums? I recall that there was a fairly detailed thread there about running I-war 1 on XP
