Uni and how do you install right?

I can't get my future trader to work. I've put both the Uni and future traders zips into the mod directory and activated them in the extras meau. But when i go into the savedgame and press the keys it doesn't work.????

First, you need to have multimod too so go download that and activate it.
Second, read the uniGUI readme. Those key bindings you see, you have to copy and paste them to your default.ini in your configs folder. If you're not using a joystick at all, paste them to your keyboard_only.ini.
Also futuretrader only works when you're docked to stations.

But when i dock to the station and press the keys it just undocks me.??

Are you sure you copied and pasted the key bindings? It probably undocks you cause you haven't and when you press Ctrl Alt and U it's as if you were pressing just U.
These are they key bindings that are in the uniGUI readme file:

[zzUniGUI.UniGUIToggle]
Keyboard, U, CTRL, ALT

Copy this and then go to your <install directory>\configs folder, open the default.ini and paste it in there. I don't see why it wouldn't work if you did all this.
