Need the source of no_launch_sequence

Stephen Robertson if it possible, can you give me the source of this mod? I need in it for self-education. Or may be somebody has it?

Sorry, I can't give you the source - I don't have the rights. You see the mod is actually a modified version of the main setup script that was supplied with the game, not a self-contained script I wrote myself.
