Only 1 obj listed "Find Marauder Base"

I've used the capsule tracker and saw that some Marauder ships are using a Dante L-point from Hoffers. How do I get to this L-point as it's not listed on my starmap?

Also, there's this large Government ship that sometimes docks to mine. What is that all about?

Have you done the mission were you blow the crap out of megafreighter that is ambushing the conveys to hoffers gap? (Act2 mission 18)

It's a pre-requisite for the find the marauder base mission.

And maybe that government ship just likes you . . .

I'm still trying to work out why i have a neutral tug that follows me around and shoots at me - even when i start shooting back it never goes red.
