Is there some sort of keymap for this game either on the web or as a downloaded text file or PDF?

The default key mappings are in the readme file -- readme_english.htm in your game's main directory.

Failing that, you can see all of the current bindings in the ./IWar2/configs/ subdirectory, though this is in more of a "computer-readable" than a "human-readable" format (but thankfully it uses INI files so it's still rather readable).

Manually engage the LDS system (L) then use the same keys as the thrusters (+/-) to control the speed.
