new release of ftex tools

Hi,

no major changes, just some tidying up:

pointless.net/eoc/ftextools-0.2.zip

now includes a -q option to suppress all the rather verbose output, and dftex defaults to only decompressing the 1st mipmap.

Hey Jasper,

do you mind if I host your files on the Torn Stars website?

You can if you want, but it makes more sense to keep them in one place, avoids out of date versions hanging around etc.
