Then you are in act 1...

Try L-points, it depends on your loadout, you can also try security stations.

It really depends on how far in the act you are

The Blackeye-L is good, since there's no police presence. Marauders galore... but no police.

And the traffic does not slow down for awhile...

the samarakand L-Point is good too with no police or everything and many mega freighters, if you have the guts for it
