WHOA! Is this actually possible?!

i bought a copy of the original a few years before i bought EoC, but at that time i wasn't in a spaceship, blast em to hell mood. Will have to dig it out of my bought games but played once archive, 3 CD's right?

Are there any limits to modding this game? Like, umm, a whole new story
