mission tutorial v1.0

created 2002 by Eric Orth (EricMan64)

This mod is a very simple mission. Included with the source (mission_tutorial.pog) is where you'll find a tutorial on basic things involved with missions. It is written in as comments. It also assumes basic programming and pog skills.

Changed in v1.2:

Fixed a bug where Jafs clone could be called while talking to him in the mission. I've also added documentation on how to disable the call jafs function.

Information on how to impliment your mission in a scenario was slightly wrong. The data has been updated and should now be correct.

Changed in v1.0:

Finally tracked down and fixed the double-objectives bug. Important Note: if you play the mission in the free-form mod, it will switch the current act number to 3. Act 4 does not properly support objectives.

Added some information on global variables.

Fixed a bug where the mission would assume the player's base was in Santa Romera. Also added info on how to tell where the player's base is currently at.

Added info on how to put pauses in the mission.

I will not guarantee that the information in the tutorial in correct, or that the mod itself will even work properly. If you find any bugs or incorrect information. Please report them to the Iwar US forum at:
